The new head librarian of the Last Pine Public Library needs help fixing an old problem. Beneath the main floor is a VHS archive, storing a mixture of old films, community videos, and more. Ann Huang took this job knowing she wanted to address frequent visitor complaints, including those of corrupted tapes and power surges with the library’s equipment. What she wasn’t prepared for was her first technician quitting so suddenly and taking some tapes with them. She wants you to fix the problem and find those tapes.
A Hunt for Bump in the Dark, loosely inspired by Archive 81 (TV Show by Rebecca Sonnenshine, based on work by Daniel Powell and Marc Sollinger). Written for the Iron Country Autumn Jam.
